Getting Help
The SIMS group at CIS offers help in a number of ways. Listed below are some resources that may be of assistance.
- SIMS Project Office and Help Desk
- Cain Hall, Room A-120

- NOTE: The SIMS Project Office and Help Desk are scheduled to
move from Cain Hall to the new General Services Complex at the north end of
Agronomy Road. This move will occur during the week of Sept 4-8.
- SIMS Help Desk Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30am - 4:30pm
Note: An answering service will record incoming calls
for response when the SIMS Help Desk is not operating. However, callers
may call the Help Desk Central at 845-8300 for 24 hour assistance.
- Password Resetting (SIMS & INFOVIEW) (Requires a picture
ID card.)
