OAL Classroom Request Form

Fall and Summer semester reservations will be accepted on the first week of the Spring semester.

Spring semester reservations will be accepted on the first week of the Fall semester.

Fall reservations are due by August 1st.
Spring reservations are due by December 1st.
Summer reservations are due by April 15th.

After these dates reservations for single dates and times for the upcoming semester will be placed on the calendar. Semester long reservations will still be accepted.

Each semester requests need to include all of the required fields. Please do not request "What I had last fall."

Semester reservations do NOT include finals. Reservations for finals must be submitted separately with date and time specified. Finals reservations that simply request the TAMU scheduled time for the course (with out the date and time specified) will be returned for the required information.

Please take note of the confirmation email you receive after submitting your request.
