
Help Desk Central is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer your general computing questions. Supercomputing support is provided by the Supercomputing Help Desk, which is open Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. The Help Desk Repair service is also open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday and offers ethernet/modem/wireless installation and repairs, operating system installations and virus/spyware removal.
Below are several documentation resources that guide users in setting up email, establishing a VPN connection, removing spyware, setting up personal web pages, and much more. Also provided are several IT resources such as IT research reports and the Safari online library.
The IT Forum, which meets monthly, promotes communication and information sharing across the campus IT community. It provides a venue for timely updates about new initiatives and policies and a forum for gathering community feedback. All campus IT professionals are encouraged to attend.
