Help Desks

Help Desk Central is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer your general computing questions. Supercomputing support is provided by the Supercomputing Help Desk, which is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Training

The Employee Services Center for Employee Education offers all levels of training in computer software applications to Texas A&M University System employees. In addition, the SIMS, Instructional Technology Services, and Supercomputing working groups offer training to members of the Texas A&M community.
