Important Instructions on Neo Mail, Address Book, and Contacts

You can still view your old Neo email and Neo Webmail contacts by logging in to https://neolithic.tamu.edu/ with your NetID and password. Please use this system to only view or copy old email or contact information. No new mail is being delivered there.

Because your contacts from Traditional Neo and Neo Webmail were not automatically transferred to your new TAMU Email address book, we've created simple applications that let you retrieve both your Traditional Neo and Neo Webmail contacts. All you need to do to use the application is log in with your NetID and password. The application automatically converts your contacts into a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file that you save to your computer. You can then import the contacts in this CSV file into your new TAMU Email address book.

Retrieving Your Neo Contacts

Go to the Traditional Neo Contacts application on the Help Desk Central web site. Also, view the tutorial, Importing Traditional Neo Contacts.	Go to the Neo Webmail Contact application on the Help Desk Central web site. OR Log in at https://neolithic.tamu.edu/. Click "Export to CSV File" in your Address Book.
