Included Products
Our current license contains Open Enterprise Server, ZENworks Desktop
Management, ZENworks Server Management, NetMail, Novell Identity Manager,
GroupWise, and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (all platforms except mainframe).
Calculating FTE Count
All employees of the department are included. Employees who are part
time are included as a percentage (.75 or .5 for example). This would
include effort at more than 100% to be consistent, if there are any
employees considered 125%, for example.
Students who will be using the system must also be included. Graduate
Assistants would be 50%, while student workers would be proportionate based
on their hours out of 40 per week. (So a student who worked 20 hours / week
is considered 0.5 FTE while a student who only works 10 / week is considered
0.25 FTE).
