The charges for each item on an Extended Warranty Agreement will be billed at the normal rate and a credit will be applied to the account for the appropriate discount during each month the new charges fall into a qualified range. Departments having even a relatively small number of items on an Extended Warranty Agreement may take advantage of this discount structure by arranging a single yearly billing!
A volume discount based on the total dollar amount of charges payable in a single month is calculated as follows:
| Greater than $1,000 but less than $4,000 | --- | 5% discount |
| Greater than $4,000 but less than $8,000 | --- | 10% discount |
| Greater than $8,000 but less than $12,000 | --- | 15% discount |
| Greater than $12,000 but less than $16,000 | --- | 20% discount |
| Greater than $16,000 but less than $20,000 | --- | 25% discount |
| Greater than $20,000 but less than $25,000 | --- | 30% discount |
| Greater than $25,000 | --- | 35% discount |
