CIS Operations provides 24/7 management of the data centers located on the main campus and west campus, as well as support for the campus and wide area networks, infrastructure systems, and many mission-critical applications.
The CIS Help Desk Central, open 24/7, provides IT support for Texas A&M students, faculty, and staff. Help Desk technicians may resolve issues in person, over the telephone, or open reports in
Keystone for escalation to other support groups. Help Desk Central provides support for any IT-related issue, from help with mission-critical systems to virus removal from personal computers.
The CIS Print Center provides high-speed, high-volume print service to departments, faculty, and staff of Texas A&M University and the A&M System.
