Microcomputer Repair

CIS Microcomputer Repair provides service for university-owned computers and peripherals including Apple, HP, IBM, Dell, and almost every clone available.

How to Request Repairs - Complete the online form or send us an email. Time and materials charges are based on the time spent to diagnose and repair as well as replacement parts.

Services

Warranty Authorized Service Provider - We are Dell, Apple, and HP authorized service providers for warranty repairs on various university-owned microcomputers.

Note: Students, faculty, and staff can also take advantage of our warranty service for personally owned Dell or Apple (not HP) computers through Help Desk Repair. Please call 979.845.8300 for assistance.

Extended Warranty Plan
- We offer Extended Warranty Contracts on most university-owned equipment. Benefits include priority service and pickup/delivery service. Look up our Extended Warranty Prices and Discount Price Structure.

Note: We do not offer extended warranty contracts for personally owned equipment. Contact the equipment vendor or manufacturer for these services.

Printer Repairs
- The years of experience CIS technicians have include extensive repairs on the entire line of HP LaserJet printers.
